Some of you might be aware of my involvement in the 7 Up series of documentaries. It’s not always been a wonderful experience for me – unless you’re an extrovert, the intrusion can be unsettling – but the more recent instalments have given me the opportunity to talk about, and promote, my music and my writing. ITV have now announced that the final programme in the series – 70 Up – will air on 15 and 22 September, and my hope is that the publicity will spark further sales of Valediction Records (Cranthorpe Millner).
