This coming Sunday, 7 September – the inaugural Liverpool Book Festival, from midday to 6.00 pm. The event, the brainchild of Justin Hopper of La Vida Liverpool, takes place at the Invisible Wind Factory and Make CIC – the venues are next to each other on Regent Road. There’ll be celebrity Q&As, 60 local authors selling and signing their books, food stalls, art stalls and live music. If you love books, this is not to be missed! I’ll be there, with copies of my novel Valediction Records. You can get your tickets from Eventbrite or turn up and pay at the door on the day. Hope to see some of you there.
